GLOBE Claritas Licensing

GLOBE Claritas licensing is based on the processing capacity your business needs. You can extend or upgrade your licence type (or capacity) as and when needed; with discounted pricing for upgrades. All licenses can be floating or locked to a specific machine.

Lite The Lite license is designed for a single user to carry out Quality Control (QC) of data, as well as “lightweight” processing. The license is limited to a 125,000 trace count however applications (such as SV and CVA) are not trace-limited.
Workstation An entry-level product designed for small-scale seismic processing. A Workstation licence allows a single user to run multiple applications and job flows, utilising only a single screen (or set of screens) for display. Parallel processing capabilities are disabled.
Workstation Pro A license type designed for all mid-scale projects. A Workstation Pro licence allows a single user to run multiple applications and job flows, utilising only a single screen (or set of screens) for display. Parallel processing capabilities are enabled and can be utilised on up to sixteen (16) cores.
Cluster This product provides a large scale parallel processing capability for large volumes of data, and high CPU requirement 2D/3D projects. A Cluster licence allows a single user to run multiple applications and job flows, utilising only a single screen (or set of screens) for display. Parallel processing capabilities are enabled and can be utilised in blocks of 512 cores.
Enterprise An Enterprise licence allows for up to six (6) users to work with GLOBE Claritas™ at a single site. Remote interactive use is allowed, only if the user’s usual place of work is the site. Multiple applications and job flows may be run, utilising a screen (or set of screens) per user. Parallel processing capabilities are enabled and can be utilised in blocks of 1024 cores.
Worldwide A Worldwide licence allows for up to eighteen (18) users across up to three (3) sites. Remote interactive use is allowed for users from any of the three sites. Multiple applications and job flows may be run, utilising a screen (or set of screens) per user. Parallel processing capabilities are enabled and can be utilised in blocks of 1024 cores.
Academic The Academic licence is targeted at not-for-profit Research and Academic Institutions. It may not be used for commercial processing contracts, paid consultancy, or commercial training courses without express permission. It provides for up to twenty (20) users, and an unlimited number of CPUs/cores at a single site.
